My first expression of the Book and graphic design
guides me to think what`s the meaning of graphic design is!
Graphic or Graphikos (Greekish name) means what it is about handling
projects and design. Another definition graphics or any way to drag the image
or the idea is one thing. Art of design will take all phenomena that have been
created to form a sign, mark, map, and drawing, draw something on a particular
design of a linear phenomenon.
The Preface
advocates that how graphic design develops in eras and shows that men speak
with images and demand of visual impetuses.
History of
graphic design claims all about the long-term development of History which Ivan
Chermayeff noted:”the design of history is the history of design.”
When I look at
the images of the book, I understand the similarities in differences of the
people all over the world. Finally I realize that how graphic design has played
major role of growth of people thoughts and life. And how people tried hard to
developed their present for the future generation to make today`s history.
